What is the total timeline for support?

The "done for you" implementation or "sprint" occurs in the first 3-4 months of the Program. This is the portion of services where we build out support on a project timeline to address your most significant legal gaps, focusing on 2-3 projects per month.

Additionally, you are provided immediate access to the Ultimate Legal Toolkit and monthly Office Hours & Ask Me Anything LIVE (which you have access to for one full year) so that you or your team can access additional supports and resources as needed, and can continue building out supports in your business for the remainder of the year.

You also get access to a Business Risk Assessment & Legal Roadmap Strategy Session which kicks off The Catalyst Club Program so that we can take a deep dive into your business before mapping your supports and structuring the program for your needs.

How many trademark registrations are included?

Support for two trademark registrations is included in The Catalyst Club Program. For clients that pay in full up front, we include support for a third trademark registration application as a bonus.

The Catalyst Club Program includes numerous resources to support you in the build out and implementation of your legal foundation.

These resources include The Ultimate Legal Toolkit which is a database of resources designed specifically for experts, consultants, coaches, online educators, speakers & authors, and similarly situated entrepreneurs. The ULT cannot itself be considered legal advice.

However, if you have questions that pertain to your unique business, you are always advised to seek the assistance of a lawyer to review your specific scenario. (If you are a member of the Catalyst Club, you have 1:1 assistance built into your program).

Do I own the documents?

The documents inside The Ultimate Legal Toolkit are yours to use in your business, but they are protected by copyright which means you cannot sell them to others, loan them to friends, or in any other manner use them for commercial purposes outside of building and protecting your own business.

How is this Program different than traditional legal services?

This Program is specifically designed to meet the needs of quickly scaling information businesses that still have to watch their cash flow but are ready to invest in legal support that saves time, saves expense, and at a fixed cost (or flat-fee basis).

1. Kicks off with an application / questionnaire.

2. Next, we perform a Business Risk Assessment & schedule the Legal Roadmap Strategy Session.
