Client Feature & Feedback
I love receiving feedback from my clients, especially when it comes in a video like this!
Crystal, a fabulous coach based in California just emailed me with this gem a couple of days ago. I met Crystal through a business group that we both belong to, and loved her cheerful, positive and strong presence, and so was thrilled when we had the chance to work together. I helped her get her client contract straightened out so that she could feel more supported in her business, and create more clarity and stronger boundaries with her clients which results in stronger client relationships.
There are many people in business, including coaches, that think of contracts as a hindrance, or might just have concerns about how to present contracts confidently to their clients. I have addressed this topic in a previous post, but love to remind people that well-written contracts actually protect relationships. And if you are building your business based on doing excellent work, and establishing trust, a clearly-written contract will improve your business, elevate your perceived professionalism, and serve both you and your clients well for the duration of your relationships.
